This role is essential for ensuring product quality, diagnosing issues, and continuously improving product performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute testing protocols for Scentiment products and their interactions with the Scentiment App.
• Identify issues related to hardware, firmware, software, and scent delivery, and isolate root causes.
• Document testing outcomes, hypotheses, and improvements.
• Conduct both controlled lab tests and “real-world” usage simulations to evaluate product performance.
• Communicate findings clearly to design, engineering, and software teams. Qualifications
• Experience with product testing, QA, or technical troubleshooting (consumer electronics preferred).
• Tech-savvy and capable of handling both physical devices and software interfaces.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• No formal certifications required, but a background in electronics, engineering tech, or IT support is beneficial. Preferred Traits
• Curiosity-driven with a passion for problem-solving.
• Capable of translating vague symptoms into concrete testing hypotheses.
• Comfortable switching between structured lab protocols and more informal user simulation testing.
