Job Description
Role Overview:
BEPC is actively seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Test Technician to support the testing and troubleshooting of cutting-edge electronics assemblies used in space and defense applications. This position is ideal for professionals with strong technical hands-on experience and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct dynamic, thermal, and functional testing on advanced electronic assemblies. Set up, program, and operate specialized test equipment to execute Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP). Troubleshoot and isolate faults in circuit card assemblies using diagnostic tools. Maintain detailed, accurate test logs and follow complex test procedures with precision. Perform daily shift pass-down communications and documentation. Ensure cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety standards within lab environments. Collaborate with technicians and engineers to drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
Required:
Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent military training. U.S. Citizenship (due to federal requirements). At least 4 years of hands-on electronics testing experience. Ability to read schematics, use technical documentation, and apply diagnostic skills. Proficiency with General Purpose Test Equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Power Supplies, Logic Analyzers).
Preferred:
Military background. Experience in environmental testing and navigation electronics. Willingness to work alternate shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed. High attention to detail and disciplined approach to documentation.
