Akkodis is seeking a Sr Test Technician for a Contract job with a client in Clearwater, FL. The ideal candidate must quickly learn test procedures and use diagnostic tools; responsibilities include recording test data and safely handling and testing units.

Rate Range:

$30/hour to $32.71/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr Test Technician job responsibilities include:
Performing and documenting tests on navigation and guidance systems using electronic equipment
Setting up and executing both automated and manual test procedures
Analyzing test results and identifying potential unit issues before they arise
Following safety standards such as ESD, FOD, and 5S in all test lab operations
Collaborating with Test Leads and Engineers to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency

Desired Qualifications:

Associate degree in electronics or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years of hands-on experience in electronics testing or a related area
Ability to quickly learn and execute complex test processes
Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematic drawings
Proficient in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power decade boxes
Understanding of lab practices including 5S, FOD, and ESD safety protocols
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues before they arise

Pay Details:

$30.00 to $32.71 per hour
