PCBA Debugging Techs:
After meeting all of PPS’ standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a component level Debug. Must possess excellent PCBA schematics and component level troubleshooting. Experience and able to use hand tools and small power tools. Be able to read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions. Have previous experience using electronic test equipment. Required knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment. Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities of PCBA Debugging Techs:
Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment at the component level. Operate electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and conducts special tests as required. Perform standard testing processes on a variety of electronic products and sub-assemblies for function or quality. Responsible for performing the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits and assemblies. Read and understand PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) schematics and technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions. Provide technical assistance and guidance to other technical personnel. Collaborate with engineering on functional issues and procedure updates. Assist with the installation, debug, and validation of process equipment. Develop and maintain Debug Guide to troubleshoot PCBA. Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervisor. Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products. Record test results and maintain all applicable documentation. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

1st Shift Available! 1st: Monday-Friday – 7:00AM-3:00
