Maintenance Technical Staff – Test 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Tarboro, NC 27886
Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide electronics manufacturing floor support for the In-Circuit and Functional test processes. You will be working with test engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and repair test equipment as well as working directly with production floor personnel.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot machine and process problems to identify root cause Maintain Test Systems, Test Fixtures and Cabling Create and Implement Countermeasures for Rejects, Down Time and Scrap Support Engineering Team in developing new or modifying existing systems Ensure quality through effective design and process validation Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
2-year Associate Degree in related field WorkKeys Testing required for Non-STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) degrees Minimum WorkKeys scores: 4 in Reading for Information, 4 in Applied Mathematics, 4 in Locating Information, 4 in
Applied Technology Minimum Experience:
Minimum 2 years related work experience Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics Ability to use hand tools and basic electrical test equipment (multi-meter, amp meter, etc) Experience required in
Microsoft Office Preferred Experience:
2+ years related work experience in an industrial manufacturing setting. Knowledge of Test Systems
