Full Job Description SUMMARY:

The incumbent will perform tests on SATO thermal printers to ensure proper performance, evaluate the quality, and install options and features.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to install, test, and troubleshoot all options for all printer models; Ability to read and understand all technical documentation such as Procedures, Basic Schematics, Parts lists, and Diagrams. Proficient with computers and related applications. This would include Basic Windows knowledge to install new printers, update drivers, and update the printer firmware. Perform all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. Able to follow and understand work instructions. Works well with others Previous production experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical and electrical skills Basic computer skills include the ability to operate Windows-based programs.
