Job Description Please note this position supports our WeekendDay Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 AM to 3:00PM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 10%pay premium.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract,this specific position requires US citizenship.

Because of the needfor consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement toperform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role,it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will beconducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of thetime.

In this 4th Shift ( Weekend Days ) TestTechnician position in the

AEWS/TACAIR

Microwave Factory you willmake impacts in the following ways: Test and Tune Microwave Modules to meet customerrequirements. Provide technical advice and assistance to engineers in thedevelopment or modification of electronic assemblies and Sub-assemblies in the MW Factory. Develop Process improvements in the work cells of themanufacturing Factory to improve quality, cost and schedule. The individual will assist Product Engineers in developing tunepatterns to allow modules to meet Specifications without extensivetuning reducing HPU’s.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related workexperience Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with Microwave testing and knowledge of

MILSTD-883.

Experience working with Microscopes.

Pay InformationFull-TimeSalary Range:

$46680 – $74687Please note: This range is based onour market pay structures. However, individual salaries aredetermined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:business considerations, local market conditions, and internalequity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,education, and experience.
