Microwave Factory you will make impacts in the following ways: Test and Tune Microwave Modules to meet customer requirements. Provide technical advice and assistance to engineers in the development or modification of electronic assemblies and Sub- assemblies in the MW Factory. Develop Process improvements in the work cells of the manufacturing Factory to improve quality, cost and schedule. The individual will assist Product Engineers in developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet Specifications without extensive tuning reducing HPU’s. Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related work experience Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with Microwave testing and knowledge of

MIL STD-883.

Experience working with Microscopes.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$46680 – $74687 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
