Qualifications:
Associate s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in electronics testing, preferably in a military or aerospace environment. Understanding of RF principles and hands-on experience with RF test equipment. Familiarity with MIL-STD testing protocols and documentation standards. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

salary:
$62,400 – $70,720 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 4
PMeducation:
No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Perform functional and performance testing of RF/microwave amplifiers using test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers. Interpret schematics, test procedures, and technical documentation to execute test plans. Identify and isolate failures or performance issues; assist in troubleshooting down to the component level. Document test results and maintain accurate test records. Collaborate with engineering to provide feedback and assist with product debugging and design verification. Ensure all testing is completed in accordance with MIL-STD requirements and internal quality procedures.
