Are you looking for a Test Technician position on 1st Shift? Randstad has a 1st Shift, Test Technician, for a company in the Morristown, TN area. This is a direct hire position and the pay will range from $46k to $60k a year. PMeducation:

BachelorsResponsibilities1. Performs all tests & measurements (FR, Cycle, Break, Durability, Noise, Strain, etc). 2. Use specialized equipment (data acquisition, pneumatic/hydraulic cyl./pumps, etc.). 3. Performs advanced equipment repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to: a. Lay strain gauges b. Alignment (gear box, axle, etc) c. Install/Remove electrical components (meters, drives, etc.) 4. Use the on-line test system. 5. Record test results to effectively communicate test status to Test personnel. 6. Complete detailed test inspections (tear downs & rebuilds). 7. Calibrate test equipment. 8. Travel required for training (equipment, software, etc). 9. On-time performance with minimum supervision. 10. Mentor/Assist Test Associates when necessary. 11. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. 12. Travel to customer locations for data acquisition. 13. Perform tractor/vehicle maintenance that is necessary to continue a test or allow further usage of the vehicle (if capable).
