Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, triage, and test defective wireless electronics.
Disassemble and repair faulty components using hand tools.
Mentor, coach, and train repair technicians on procedures.
Act as a team lead, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.
Monitor production and adjust the workforce to meet daily requirements.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency. Here’s what you’ll bring to the team: 1+ year of Electronic Repair Experience (preferred).
Proven leadership and teamwork skills.
Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite/Warehouse Management.
