Roadway Professional Engineer Position Available In St. Louis, Missouri

Akkodis is seeking a Roadway Professional Engineer for a Direct Hire job with a client in Fenton, MO. This is a Hybrid position, requiring to be in office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays each week.

Rate Range:

$90,000/ year to $130,000/ year; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Roadway Professional Engineer job responsibilities include: Perform engineering analysis, design and plan production for transportation engineering projects, including roadways, drainage, erosion control and traffic control Create job specifications and contract documents for bidding purposes Calculate quantities and construction cost estimating Use experience and skills to provide deliverables as outlined in project scope, within budget and on schedule Lead project team in quality control process

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer certification required At least 8 years of experience in transportation roadway design Solid knowledge of MicroStation Open Roads and/or AutoDesk Civil 3D Working knowledge of design standards, including AASHTO, MUTCD and APWA Extensive knowledge of engineering principles and procedures Proven leadership skills. Ability to actively manage projects to ensure they are completed as outlined in the scope and on schedule preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite If you are interested in this role, then please click
