As a ProgramArchitect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic,rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers,architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers toimprove and deploy a prototype building program and to build analternative to the traditional construction industry. JOBDESCRIPTION

Ensure outgoing product quality by developing andmaintaining QC standards & procedures. Ensure integrity of qualitybuilt into production processes so finished products meetexpectations. Establish Quality inspection requirements from designteam and/or from other stakeholders on lines. Actively observe theprocesses and/or research product specifications to determinestandards. Create Quality inspection criteria for all stations onlines including Final QC inspection. Develop specific “Built inQuality” verification checks to meet Quality/Regulatoryrequirements. Participate with stakeholders (like Design leads,Process Engineers) in development of Process Flow/PFMEA andcomplete Control plans. Develop inspection, measurement, andtesting activities to ensure high productivity and technicalintegrity. Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track,monitor and improve Quality performance in area of responsibility.

Develop systems to monitor inspection results/quality defects usingstatistical data analysis and proactively identify topissues/opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports bycollecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and makerecommendations for improvement. Implement countermeasures for rootcause of problems to eliminate defects. Use Problem solving toolslike 5-Why, 8D, A3 to determine preventive/corrective actions fortop quality issues. Apply Problem solving to quality issuesconcerning internal manufactured & external purchased products.

Coordinate and collaborate with production staff on implementationof cost reduction activities. Apply “Built in Quality” approachDesign, Manufacture, & Construct phases. Work with stakeholdersfrom all 3 phases to address their top issues, by improving Qualityinspection/problem solving. Play active role in continuousimprovement of quality inspection processes. Conducts Trials totest ideas and opportunities for continuous improvement ofmaterials, processes, and workmanship. Assist in the developmentand implementation of quality control training programs.

• B.

S.degree in engineering. Knowledge of Manufacturing or ConstructionProblem-solving methodologies like A3, Kepner-Tregoe (Is/Is-Not)etc Exposure to lean manufacturing or service, Automotivemanufacturing, Toyota Production System (TPS), ConstraintManagement.
