We are seeking an experienced and strategic Quality Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS) in a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, driving compliance, and influencing operational excellence across the business. As a member of the quality team, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet the highest standards, both regulatory and customer-driven. You will also serve as a key interface between quality, production, engineering, and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and continuously improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and applicable customer or industry-specific standards. Lead root cause investigations and develop robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve systemic quality issues. Collaborate closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to drive process improvements and embed quality into daily operations. Review and approve quality documentation, including control plans, FMEAs, PPAPs, and work instructions. Drive supplier quality initiatives, including onboarding, audits, and performance monitoring. Utilize data-driven analysis (e.g., SPC, Pareto, trend analysis) to identify risks, track KPIs, and report on quality performance metrics to senior leadership. Support new product introductions by ensuring quality is built into product and process development phases.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Deep understanding of QMS principles and practical experience with

ISO 9001

(additional standards like

ISO 13485, IATF

16949, or AS9100 are a plus). Strong knowledge of core quality tools: 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and control plans. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
