Job Description:

A Quality Engineer is needed in Auburn, Alabama.

• Develop and analyze quality validation plans, process, and flows to determine validation and quality control standards for manufacturing of automotive parts, such as EVA pipes, intercooler pipes, hose pipe assemblies, fuel, fluid pipes, coolant pipes, manifold and fluid pipes, and oil strainers.
• Prepare, maintain, and review safety and quality validation and compliance documentation for production process and ensure finished products meet clients’ quality standards and engineering requirements.
• Conduct and perform validation and quality test of newly develop production process or equipment to develop validation process in production lines for better quality of finished products.
• Evaluate and review detailed operation specifications and characteristics to determine the most effective validation process and to increase productivity.
• Identify the core causes of defects from the production samples and modify the quality validation process to ensure quality control of final products.
• Research current industry trends and technologies and ensure to maintain quality control standards to provide improved validation process in manufacturing operations.
