PM Employment Type:

Full-Time | Direct Hire What You’ll Do Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze data and improve performance
Maintain the CPAR quality reporting system and drive continuous improvement efforts
Lead quality investigations and resolve customer complaints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Operations, and Support Centers
Coordinate training programs related to quality standards and reliability
Ensure all products meet

ISO 9001/TS-16949

compliance and customer expectations
Support internal audits, validation activities, and quality planning processes (APQP/PPAP)
Monitor and control product quality risks; act as the point of contact for escalations
Contribute to development of SOPs, ensuring they are both compliant and practical
Perform feasibility and validation testing as needed

What You’ll Bring Associate degree or Quality Engineer certification (required); Bachelor’s preferred
Minimum 5 years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, DOE, and root cause analysis
Familiarity with

ISO 9001/TS-16949

standards; Lead Auditor certification is a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills
