Quality Engineer
- Needed for Immediate opening at top Manufacturer in the Oxford, CT area. Pay Rate is $75,000
- $90,000.

The candidate will work as a Quality Engineer responsible for monitoring product quality and ensuringpliance with industry standards. They will handle non-conforming products and collaborate with engineering to resolve issues while managing sterilization processes and implementing corrective actions.
Responsibilities for the Quality Engineer
- Product Quality. Develop and execute monitoring methods to support product Quality, identify opportunities, Assess Risk, address / resolve opportunities found.
- Ensure products are manufactured followingpany & industry Quality Standards.
- Ensure products and parts reworks and deviations are developed and executed based on risk and customers are notified accordingly.
- Monitor Sterilization Processes for Compliance. Assess changes and evaluate and document impact in the sterilization process. Identify actions and follow through
until implementation. - Assess effectiveness of Environmental Monitoring Program and Document Annual reports (Viable / Non-Viable)
- Continuous Improvement. Support Engineering Initiatives related to New Product Introduction, Process changes, Cost Saving and Process Improvement initiatives.
- Control Of Non-Conforming Product / Supplier Quality. Discuss NC with vendors and monitor corrective actions through the NCR Process, get Engineering involved if process changes are needed.
- Lead Control of Non-conforming Material process. Qualifications for the Quality Engineer
- Need experience in medical manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools and manufacturing processes.
- Analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Risk assessment and corrective/preventive action capabilities.
- Experience handling non-conforming products.
- Bachelor’s degree inputer science or engineering.

Pay Details:
$34.00 to $43.00 per hour
