Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the excellence and reliability of our electronic products through comprehensive testing and inspection processes. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our high standards and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Protocols:

Design and execute robust quality assurance protocols for our electronic products.

Conduct Rigorous Testing:

Perform thorough testing and inspections on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) to ensure they meet stringent specifications.

Analyze and Report:

Evaluate test results and generate detailed reports to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.

Monitor and Improve:

Oversee production processes and provide actionable feedback to elevate product quality.

Mentor and Train:

Educate and guide team members on quality standards and testing procedures to foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Industry Experience:

Proven track record as a Quality Engineer within the electronics industry.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.

Specialized Skills:

Experience with PCBA testing and inspection techniques; familiarity with printed circuit board assembly processes is advantageous.
