Salary Range:

$120,000/yr – $167,400/yr): Support local Quality Management Systems (QMS), training, deployment, and maintenance. Support internal audit program and surveillance including meaningful Layered Process Audit (LPA) structure to assess manufacturing practice versus requirement. Act as Subject Matter Expert for the manufacturing process and champion Reverse Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA). Implement effective corrective and preventive actions with appropriate teams as needed and lead critical manufacturing process improvement and problem-solving efforts. Guarantee Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) are understood, well-executed, and adequate embedded tests are in place. Manage customer complaints and drive real root cause determination (0km and Warranty). Build credible, confident relationships with automotive OEMs. Travel 20% (Mexico).

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field. 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an Industrial Engineer, Quality Engineer, or related occupation.

SKILLS:

Must have: 1. Experience with automotive OEM customer management, including rapid complaint management and tracking. 2. Experience with electronics assembly and testing. 3. Experience with

IPC-A-610 PCBA. 4.

Experience with AIAG Core Tools, including the following: PPAP, SPC, MSA, and FMEA. 5. Experience with automotive IATF-16949 and

VDA 6.3. 6.

Experience utilizing problem-solving methods, including at least two of the following: A3, 8D, or Kepner Tregoe. 7.
