Bachelors in engineering or a related scientific field Experience working with plastics manufacturing processes. Salary 90-100K + Bonus and Benefits As a Process Engineer, you’ll drive process excellence and operational improvements within the plant. Using your technical expertise and continuous improvement mindset, you’ll lead initiatives that boost productivity, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality output in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Duties:
Provide strategic guidance on manufacturing process control strategies across the plant. Lead the development of capital authorization requests and oversee capital project execution. Apply Six Sigma and Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce scrap. Conduct audits, analyze data, and implement improvement plans to optimize operations. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and enhance performance.
Requirements:
A four-year degree in engineering or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills and technical acumen. Experience working with plastics manufacturing processes. Solid business judgment with a passion for driving results through technical innovation.
