Job Description
You will be the Senior Quality Engineer supporting the ATWS TacIRST Offsite Manufacturing locations (Santa Barbara/Archbald/Dallas). Our team is responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, methods, and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to customers.

What You Will Be Doing:

As the Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving lex process issues, reviewing quality data, and participating in corrective action meetings to drive continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of products and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making key decisions on product acceptability.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes
  • Analyzing quality data on yields, rework, scrap, and non-conformance aging
  • Participating in Material Review Boards, Failure Investigation/Review, and Production/Yield Improvement Teams
  • Performing assessments and audits to ensure liance with specifications and procedures
  • Evaluating design assurance activities and production process methodology
  • Interfacing with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality-related issues
  • Utilizing lean initiatives to reduce waste and drive continuous improvement

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $78,500

  • $150,400.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
