North America Job Summary Reliability Program Manager, North America Transform Asset Management Across Multiple Sites Location:

Our North American operations are seeking a strategic Reliability Program Manager to take our asset management program to the next level. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple sites while working with a diverse team of technical professionals. The Opportunity As our Reliability Program Manager, you’ll report directly to the Industrial Support Director for Performance Minerals North America. You’ll lead a team of technical professionals spanning multiple engineering disciplines and be responsible for developing, implementing, and scaling reliability programs across our North American operations. This is a strategic role focused on building and scaling maintenance reliability systems—not a maintenance manager position. You’ll work collaboratively with site champions to establish best practices, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement in our asset management approach.

Key Responsibilities Program Development & Implementation:

Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical equipment across multiple sites, including oil analysis, vibration monitoring, thermographic analysis, and more

Strategic Asset Management:

Partner with site champions to implement replacement analysis programs for capital equipment based on asset condition, business risk, and cost

Failure Analysis Leadership:

Develop and manage root cause failure analysis programs for significant equipment breakdowns and chronic maintenance issues

Performance Analytics:

Establish reliability KPIs using multiple data sources to track equipment availability, identify underperforming assets, and pursue improvement opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Represent Operations in technical projects including control system upgrades, data historian rollouts, and condition-based maintenance initiatives

Knowledge Sharing:

Network with other reliability professionals across regions to leverage best practices and lessons learned Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering 10+ years of experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering in heavy industrial settings (mining, manufacturing, oil/gas, cement, chemicals, steel, power generation) Proven experience implementing and scaling reliability programs across multiple sites or within a large complex facility Deep knowledge of reliability engineering principles and risk-based methodologies Extensive experience with common industrial equipment (motors, gearboxes, pumps, blowers, conveyors, etc.) Experience managing technical teams and facilitating cross-functional collaboration Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders from the shop floor to the boardroom Preferred Knowledge of mineral processing and specialty equipment Experience with SAP S4/HANA or similar CMMS systems Certifications such as CMRP or CRL Familiarity with

RCM, RAM
