Seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support plant operations and ensure compliance with industry standards in a regulated plastics processing environment.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor�s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of Quality Engineering experience
In-depth knowledge of regulated industry standards including SQF and

ISO 9001

Experience with plastics processing technologies for packaging and/or medical devices

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and DOE methodology
Familiarity with validation processes in manufacturing environments
Experience supporting audits and customer quality systems

Job Responsibilities:

Support plant performance metrics related to quality, delivery, cost, and customer service
Collaborate with plant management and operations to improve product and process quality
Provide Quality Engineering support to cross-functional teams including Operations and Engineering
Assist in internal and external audits, customer issue resolution, and quality projects
Conduct DOE, capability studies, and other statistical evaluations for process validation and improvement
Support daily operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant

Pay Details:
