A degree in Engineering is required and those with quality experience in both electrical components and casting manufacturing is highly desired. Other relative experience with pumps, valves, motors, motor controls, is a big plus! This is a Direct Hire opportunity and relocating candidates are encouraged to apply.

Problem resolution at the plant level, monitor supplier system to gauge quality performance Support AQP activities with suppliers. Knowledge with

UL, ASME

a plus. Supervise Quality team and lead/develop quality initiatives throughout the company. Manage the internal quality system, complete special projects in the areas of quality system improvement and corrective action. Assists in development and implementation of continuous improvement projects. Assists with internal and third-party audits in support of ISO certification. Interfaces with customer and government representatives for source inspection and the resolution of any problems with final product acceptance submittals. Experience with
