Prepare, maintain, and review safety and quality validation and compliance documentation for production process and ensure finished products meet clients quality standards andengineering requirements. Conduct and perform validation and qualification test of newly develop production process or equipment to develop validation process in production lines forbetter quality of finished products. Evaluate and review detailed operation specifications and characteristics to determine the most effective validation process and to increase productivity.
Identify the core causes of defects from the production samples and modify the quality validation process to ensure quality control of final products.
