Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define quality processes, manage nonconformities and KPIs, within the facility to ensure common execution standards are delivered to meet customer’s requirements. Development and implementation of quality processes and continuous improvement to support line teams and organizations. Problem-solving methods and tools. Management of process control plans; monitoring and driving improvement to quality indicators (internally and externally). Supporting quality decisions; escalating issues, roadblocks and supporting issue resolution. Developing and deploying best practice implementation; collaborating with other plants for cascading, methods and processes. Support quality meetings, providing, as needed, detailed updated data and information Manage the entire Quality Notification process including opening, processing and closing. Support and orientate manufacturing team regarding quality issues and associated risks. Make calls about issues quality disposition Quality KPIs and KAIs generation and updating
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Engineering 3+ years of quality/manufacturing plant experience Knowledge and experience in aviation operations Knowledge in quality operations, manufacturing processes and problem-solving techniques. Must be versed in ISO 9001, AS9100, GD&T, measurement systems, basic statistics and data analysis, metrology, SAP and problem-solving Proficient in Google Workplace and Microsoft Office Must be able to communicate at all levels, including with Senior Leadership Candidate must be a high-energy, agile and hands-on individual Motivated by complex tasks, dynamic environments and fast response Valid Driver’s License Ability to stand long periods of time and walk long distances

% Onsite 2nd shift – 4:45pm to 3:20am
