Job Description:

Develop and improve quality assurance and control systems to ensure consistent production quality for a semiconductor packaging products manufacturing company. Research, compile, and analyze operational, maintenance, production, materials, or other data, using statistical data analysis methods, to improve production quality. Oversee production processes and test products to determine and maintain a high level of quality and reliability in compliance with engineering and industry standards. Monitor and analyze reliability test procedures to improve the test accuracy. Investigate and propose quality improvement solutions by analyzing customers’ complaints and engineering specifications to drive corrective and preventive actions. Participate in quality improvement meetings with quality managers and engineers in order to develop quality specifications and eliminate possible quality problems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering major, followed by 5 years of experience in quality assurance in the semiconductor industry [How to Apply]
