They are looking to hire a skilled RCM Manager to drive innovative maintenance programs, enhance asset reliability, and make a tangible impact in their forward thinking & dynamic work environment.
What You’ll Do:
Design and implement tailored condition monitoring programs. Apply advanced non-destructive testing techniques to evaluate critical components. Analyze data from vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, and more. Collaborate across teams to optimize asset performance and reduce downtime. Conduct root cause analyses and develop preventive strategies. Champion reliability-centered maintenance initiatives and predictive maintenance strategies. Deliver training programs to enhance team expertise. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and industry experts for specialized support.
What They’re Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in condition monitoring or reliability engineering. Proficiency in condition monitoring tools and data analysis. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving expertise with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Required Education and Certifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. ASNT Level 2 certification (or equivalent) in a CM specialty. ISO Category 2 or 3 certification. ASNT Level 1 certification (or equivalent) in at least one secondary CM technology. Why Join?
