Senior Quality Engineer Position Available In Berkshire, Massachusetts

We are seeking a hard-working Senior Quality Engineer for our growingbusiness. Our Senior Quality Engineer will provide experienced qualityassurance support to the product development team, resolving bugs,defects, and other issues and ensuring the product meets customerspecifications.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• May assist with hiringquality technicians.
• Monitor and ensure quality plans are up to date,and inspection procedures are being followed.
• May assist withperformance evaluations.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Conduct

FMEA, IQ OQ

PQ, and Risk Analysis

• Ensures that products meet theorganizations and customers’ quality and product integrityrequirements.
• Identifies root causes of problems in the productionprocess; recommends and/or implements corrective measures.
• Analyzesdata to identify trends in product quality or defects with a goal ofmitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects.
• Supports theproduct development or operations team by providing analysis andexpertise throughout the inspection process.
• Performs other duties asassigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skillsand attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of or the ability toquickly learn production processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skillswith the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, projectmanagers, and customer support.
• Thorough understanding of federal,state, local, and industry standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient withMicrosoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• Three to five years of experience in related field required withsupervisory experience a plus.
