Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability. Life Cycle Engineering seeks motivated early career engineers to support the Land and Air Defense (LADS) Sensor programs. As a Systems Engineer in the Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) group you will be responsible for executing the

program activities such as:

What You Will Do:

Reviewing defects and failures, conducting trend analysis and impact assessments. Presenting to internal and external stakeholders at program meetings and Failure Review Boards (FRB) Supporting failure investigations to root cause and corrective action (RCCA) Tracking Earned Value (EV) and providing accurate status on the schedule and budget for the FRACAS scope Assessing proposed designs and ensuring compliance to requirements Interpreting data and analyzing results from fielded systems This job is based at Raytheon’s Tewksbury facility and is posted as ONSITE.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline. This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).

Qualifications We Prefer:

GPA of 3.0 or higher Experience working in a professional environment such as internships or co-ops and/or on project teams Advanced degree such as a Master of Science (MS) or Engineering (ME or MEng) Strong analytical and communication skills, and work collaboratively across disciplines

Onsite:

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
