Job Description:
- Maintain compliance of FDA, PMO, FSMA, IMS and international food safety standards like HACCP, SQF, PCQI, and
ISO 22000.
- Risk management to mitigate risks in the production process to ensure product safety and compliance.
- Analyze quality control data from day-to-day basis to ensure product safety and quality, and continuous improvement process.
- Lead the quality department to ensure daily operations runs smoothly. Ensure the team is managed effectively and motivated.
- Communicate effectively internal and external, inter-department for collaboration.
- Manage internal and external audit from customer and third party supplier to ensure in compliance of customer standard, company standard and federal standards
- Project management for the department to ensure continuous improvement,
- Manage software systems such as Repositrak, Tracegains, FoodLogiQ, Hygiena, 3M
LIMS, SPC
tools such as Ignition and Infinity
QS, SAGE
2022, OBPS, Micromaint and Notion.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Knowledge of Organic Chemistry, Prin Microeconomics, Thermodynamics, Process Control, and Model and Simulation.
- Skills of fundamentals of separation processes, equilibrium and mass and energy balances, techniques of evaporation, absorption, adsorption, distillation methods and applications, reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration.
