Pay Range:

$70000 – $75000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Process improvement and compliance ensuring quality standards are met and contributing to efficiency improvements
Defect identification and corrective action successfully identifying issues and implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence
Effective documentation and reporting keeping thorough records of quality inspections, audits, and findings

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Key skills; Quality Engineer
Quality Control
FDA Regulation and Quality Standards
CAPA experience
Attention to detail & analytical thinking the ability to review processes, identify defects, and analyze root causes
Problem solving understanding quality control methods to help tackle challenges effectively
Communication & collaboration ability to work cross functionally, document findings, and clearly communicate
Curiosity and continuous learning
Adaptability and resilience
Accountability and initiative
