    What you will do:

    + Monitor and improve product quality during the design and development phases. + Ensure Development Quality processes align with the Design Quality Plan and are executed effectively. + Analyze early field performance of newly released products to identify quality trends and drive improvements. + Lead root cause analysis efforts and corrective actions tied to design or development issues. + Confirm proper validation testing has been completed and documented before product release. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability and reduce warranty claims.

    + A detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys digging into data to uncover trends. + An effective communicator who can clearly present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. + Proactive and independent, but comfortable collaborating across teams. + Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

    What you will need:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required. + Master’s degree preferred. + 5+ years of experience in a quality or engineering role within a manufacturing or product development setting. Skills, Experience & Abilities + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially related to field performance and root cause analysis. + Confident working with senior leaders and influencing change through data. + Skilled in presenting findings clearly across written, verbal, and visual formats. + Proficient with standard business and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab).
