Salary:

JobDetails Responsibilities:

Interpret technical drawings usingGD&T to validate and inspect product dimensions Lead root causeanalysis and corrective action processes for nonconformance issuesSupport and participate in NRV (Nonconforming Review andValidation) teams Maintain and improve quality documentation,records, and reports Interface with production and engineeringteams to address quality concerns in real time Drive initiativesthat integrate performance metrics with quality systems Assist ininternal audit functions (a plus, but not required) Contribute tofostering a quality-first culture across the plant floorRequirements Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 5 years ofexperience in a quality engineering role Strong working knowledgeof GD&T and interpreting technical drawings Proven backgroundmanaging corrective actions and handling nonconformance reportsComfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment full-timeExperience in cross-functional teams focused on quality and processimprovement Internal auditing experience is a plus Familiarity withperformance-driven quality practices is highly desired Exposure tomaritime manufacturing is a bonus, but not required Interested inhearing more?
