Quality Engineer Position Available In Hunterdon, New Jersey

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will support quality assurance processes by driving non-conformance management, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiatives in compliance with cGMP and international quality standards (ISO 13485, ISO 14971).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage non-conformances and CAPAs in accordance with approved procedures. Conduct investigations and assist in problem-solving using established methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and maintenance to improve and maintain quality standards. Ensure local quality issues are integrated into global quality systems, accounting for local manufacturing and legal requirements. Monitor and evaluate quality control processes and work assignments. standards. Promote quality best practices and continuous improvement across the organization. Coordinate operations to ensure products meet established quality standards.
