Job DetailsResponsibilities Lead quality programs within a modern CNC-basedmanufacturing facility Oversee product quality, suppliercertification, and continuous improvement initiatives Serve as thecompany’s Quality Management Representative for ISO systemsMaintain and improve the ISO-certified quality system and ensurecompliance across the organization Apply statistical andnon-statistical quality assurance tools to drive process excellenceManage corrective actions, conduct supplier audits, and supportcustomer quality communications Interpret and apply GeometricDimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) across machining operationsCollaborate with production teams to ensure product reliability andmanufacturability Support and train personnel in quality standardsand practices Program and utilize CMMs (PC-DMIS and SmartProfileexperience a plus) Requirements 5 years of experience inmanufacturing quality; leadership experience preferred Thoroughunderstanding of GD&T and machining operations ISO ManagementRepresentative or ISO system experience Strong communication,documentation, and analytical skills Nice to Haves ASQcertification Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology,Engineering, or a related field CMM programming experiencepreferred; PC-DMIS and SmartProfile familiarity beneficialExperience in CNC-driven, high-precision manufacturing environmentsHands-on involvement with statistical quality control systemsBackground in ISO audits, supplier certification programs, or testautomation Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or SixSigma methodologies Interested in hearing more?
