Quality Engineer (80-95K)
We are seeking a Quality Engineer for a growing aerospace manufacturer in the East Syracuse, NY area. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for process control, regulatory compliance, and leading cross-functional improvement efforts.

Your Role:
Lead quality efforts for assigned customer programs and internal teams
Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and risk mitigation processes
Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, ISO17025, and A2LA standards
Interface with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders
Contribute to audits, quality metrics, and ongoing training initiatives
Experience /
Education Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years in quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of
AS9100, NADCAP, ISO17025
preferred
Skilled in quality tools: FMEA, 5 Whys, Pareto, control plans
Strong communicator who collaborates across departments
