Job Description
Quality Engineer
A growing industrial manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to lead company-wide quality efforts and maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100 certifications. This leadership role focuses on managing audits, driving continuous improvement, and implementing robust quality systems across production.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee internal/external audits and maintain
ISO 9001/AS9100
systems
Lead FAIRs (AS9102) and implement
PPAP, PFMEA, APQP, OEE
Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions
Manage supplier quality and process controls (SPC, MSA)
Foster a proactive quality culture across teams
Qualifications:
5+ years in quality roles within machining, aerospace, or similar manufacturing
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, FAIRs, PPAP, and related tools
Audit, data analysis, and team leadership experience
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality, or related field
