Join Our Team as a Quality Engineer We are a network of production and product design centers located across Asia and North America. We specialize in designing, manufacturing, and managing the entire lifecycle of reliable electronic and electromechanical components for various industries, including commercial aerospace, defense, space, instrumentation and control, life sciences, and medical devices. Position Overview
The Quality Engineer II will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes and products. This role involves working closely with design and production teams to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control processes for PCBA production
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO standards
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and reduce process variability
Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actions
Implement and monitor statistical process control (SPC) techniques
Lead validation activities for new processes and products
Create and execute test plans to evaluate product quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
Oversee box builds and surface mount technology (SMT) assembly quality
Prepare documentation and reports for quality metrics and compliance audits Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role
Strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes
Familiarity with quality control practices and ISO standards
Experience with Six Sigma and statistical analysis tools
Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
Ability to develop test plans and validation protocols
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
