The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for plantoptimization and advanced troubleshooting to enable consistentproduction to meet customer demand. The engineer works as a memberof the operate plant team ensuring excellence in EH&S, qualityand reliability. This position supports various unit operations -both liquid and dry forms.
Core Responsibilities:
Activelyparticipate in facility EH&S excellence initiatives Supportfacility drive to a Reliability Centered Culture by identifying &implementing opportunities to eliminated unplanned events Monitorplant performance and proactively respond to deviations Gather andanalyze data to ensure production meets business plan Supportimprovements in operability, process control, operating discipline,and equipment optimization. May execute improvement projects.
Monitor and define opportunities for Asset Utilization improvementsLead RCI’s for Unplanned Events, Root Cause analysis, andCorrective Actions Work with Supply Chain on production planning tomeet customer needs Actively participate on operations teamsSupport compliance with quality certifications (ISO, etc) Managecapital projects
