About the Role The Reliability Specialist develops, implements, and continuously improves reliability strategies to ensure that equipment at Red Lion manufacturing facilities operate at optimal performance levels. This role focuses on increasing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and identifying opportunities for long-term performance improvement. The Reliability Specialist also supports capital projects and leads initiatives to enhance equipment and process reliability. What You’ll Do Analyzes maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and equipment data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for reliability improvement. Performs Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on critical equipment failures and implements long-term corrective actions. Collaborates with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to establish reliability-focused practices and processes. Identifies, recommends, and helps implement condition monitoring technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) as part of a Predictive Maintenance program. Supports the development of Operator Maintenance tasks and equipment startup/shutdown checklists in collaboration with Operations and Maintenance teams. Leads or assists in reliability-focused capital projects, including preparation of Capital Expenditure Requests and tracking project KPIs such as cost, schedule, and deliverables. Trains and supports Operations and Maintenance staff on reliability-centered maintenance practices and equipment care. Coordinates external resources such as contractors, vendors, and consultants for specialized maintenance, overhauls, and reliability-related upgrades. Promotes and maintains a culture of safety and 5S/housekeeping. Complies with all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, including SOPs, MOPs, JSAs, and safety/environmental guidelines. Actively contributes to quality, safety, environmental, and compliance goals by identifying and reporting issues or improvement opportunities. Additional Expectation Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands. Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System. Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service. What You’ll Bring Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing reliability or maintenance role preferred. Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability principles such as RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), FMEA, and TPM. Experience with building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and computer-controlled equipment (PLC, HMI). Familiarity with CMMS systems and reliability analytics tools is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
