Robert Bosch is hiring a Logistics Quality Engineer in Summerville, SC. As a Logistics Quality Engineer, you will lead coordination and support for the GS Logistics North America Quality Management System, develop and maintain quality documentation, analyze customer returns, conduct root cause investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure quality standards and operational excellence. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline
2+ years of professional experience in quality, ISO9001 coordination, or Quality Management System (QMS)
or 5 years of quality/ISO9001 experience for internal candidates without an engineering degree
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in a quality role with direct customer involvement
Experience with FMEA, Control Plans, and Measurement System Analysis
Demonstrated skills or certification in systematic problem-solving methodologies (Shainin, Six Sigma, Kepner-Tregoe, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
Principal Responsibilities of the Logistics Quality Engineer
Lead and support the GS Logistics North America Quality Management System
Develop and maintain quality documentation and customer-focused plans
Analyze customer returns and field failure data to identify trends and root causes
Conduct 8D analysis and report corrective actions to leadership
Support FMEA creation and ongoing maintenance
Coordinate Supplier Quality Assurance activities
Act as a technical resource, providing solutions to complex problems
Drive continuous improvement and support product team and Policy Deployment objectives
Manage medium to large projects independently and proactively
