Your Key Responsibilities Creates technical qualitysolutions for production processes, coordinates customer complaintswith management assigned, analyses parts returned from customersand warranty cases. Oversee or conduct quality checks or designatedproduct/manufacturing process inspections, decide on blocking ofsuspect or defective parts or products for further decision.

Analyze and create technical concepts for optimization of qualityaspects in production or assembly processes assigned. Implementquality standards, initiatives, technical concepts and verifyapplication and effectiveness, support preparation/conduction ofinternal and external audits. Manage complaints and related costsand initiate corrective actions in cooperation with local QualityManagement and Quality Customer Service. Analyze parts returnedfrom field/customers and issue related analysis reports, analyzecustomer warranty cases. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inan engineering related field and 1 year of experience Prefer 3years of experience in a quality department Strong projectmanagement skills Experience in ERP, preferably SAP Knowledge ofAIAG manuals and Statistical Process control Applicants must beauthorized to work in the US without employment visa or othersponsorship
