ontribute to continuous improvement (lessons learned, OPL, bestpractice, standard improvement). Lead problem solving process whenmajor customer or internal complaint. Support plant team for Q.processes deployment. Support internal/external perimeter changeprocess (OPTIMAP in develop. & OPTICHANGE in serial life). ReportQuality status (PQL report) to the CQM. Attend launch readinessmeetings. Prepare milestone review / highlight major quality risks.
Validate conformity of prototype shipments. Geometry, aspect &validation assessment (CTQ process). Deploy Design for Quality.
Ensure effectiveness of actions defined out of DfQ. Performcosmetic audits. Identify gaps to customer requirements and risksrelated to project Quality objectives – escalate to
PM & CQM.
Getinternal validation of deviations and present to the Customer forapproval and signature. Interface with customer (APQP reviews,product quality reviews, complaint reporting). Validate core teamdeliverables prior to presentation to customer. Deploy customerspecific requirement to core team. Support Plant Quality to secureLaunch and Ramp-up. Manage development hours for his perimeter.

REQUIREMENTS:
Main Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering or a closely related field and five (5)years of experience as a Project Quality Lead, Quality Engineer,Mechanical Engineer or related role where required experiencegained.
Alternate Requirements :
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree inthe stated fields and five (5) years of stated experience, theemployer will accept a Master’s degree with three (3) years ofexperience.
Special Skills :
Also requires experience in thefollowing: •
IATF16949
experience; • Experience in Process audit
VDA 6.3, PDCA, MSA
; • Deploy Design for Quality; and • Lead problemsolving process when major customer or internal complaint.
