Job Description
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full time Quality Engineer for their plant located just outside of Chattanooga, TN.

Key Responsibilities:
- + Identify and resolve quality or production issues + Develop and maintain inspection standards for service parts + Resolve Supplier Quality Performance issues + Investigate and resolve customer complaints and internal quality concerns + Lead quality activities including FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and failure analysis + Support internal, customer, and IATF audits; lead audit readiness efforts + Provide support to Quality Technicians and other staff as needed + Track and report monthly internal and external PPM metrics; identify trends and support corrective actions + Participate in Kaizen/continuous improvement efforts and monitor KPIs (e.
g., scrap reduction, first-pass yield)

Qualifications:
- + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred + 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or similar quality role + Strong knowledge of inspection equipment & quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA) + Experience with ERP, QMS, MES, or other integrated manufacturing and quality systems + Automotive manufacturing background strongly preferred
