JobDetails We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PermanentQuality Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturingindustry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuringthat our products meet the highest quality standards, and that ourmanufacturing processes are optimized for efficiency andeffectiveness. This is a full-time, permanent position withexcellent growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop andimplement quality control processes for all stages ofmanufacturing, from raw materials to finished products Conductregular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas forimprovement Collaborate with production teams to ensure thatquality standards are met consistently Develop and maintaindocumentation of quality control procedures, including APQP, PPAP,IATF, PFMEA, and Control Plans Investigate and resolve customercomplaints related to product quality Work with suppliers to ensurethat all materials meet our quality standards Train and mentorother team members on quality control processes and procedures Leadcontinuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturingprocesses and reduce defects Participate in cross-functional teamsto identify and resolve quality issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering or a related field 3 years of experience as aQuality Engineer in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge ofquality control procedures, including APQP, PPAP, IATF, PFMEA, andControl Plans Experience with statistical process control and dataanalysis Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to workindependently and as part of a team Knowledge of Lean Manufacturingprinciples is a plus If you are a highly motivated and experiencedQuality Engineer with a passion for driving continuous improvement,we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
