Your expertise will shape site design project components, including site layout, yard piping, roadways, paving, grading, and stormwater infrastructure. Responsibilities Perform cutting-edge civil engineering work in state-of-the-art water and wastewater treatment facilities and conveyance infrastructure. Innovate in site design, laying out intricate layouts, yard piping, roadways, paving, grading, and stormwater infrastructure. Lead engineering planning and design projects, with a hands-on approach to site visits, fieldwork, alternatives analysis, and detailed report preparation. Craft civil engineering plans, specifications, and precise cost estimates for visionary water and wastewater projects. Create compelling technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables that drive progress. Review contractor submittals to ensure alignment with contract plans and specifications, providing expert evaluations for information requests. Engage in thrilling field activities such as pilot testing and permitting, bringing your engineering vision to life. Collaborate with project managers on permitting submittals, coordinating with a variety of governmental agencies. Embark on field activities and site reconnaissance, uncovering new possibilities and innovations.
