Your impact We are looking for a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team serving our southeast water/wastewater clients. This position will require working independently and as part of larger multi-disciplinary teams to develop engineering evaluations, design concepts, prepare preliminary and detailed designs, and support field engineering activities. The successful candidate will be comfortable working on a wide variety of tasks and with peers in the Orlando, FL office and throughout the company. This position offers a self-motivated professional an opportunity to grow personally as well as professionally within our diverse and fast-paced office. Duties and Responsibilities Work on multi-disciplinary teams to deliver world-class projects.
Effectively work with project teams with diverse technical skill sets and geographic locations.
Observe and document field and construction activities primarily related to water, wastewater, and facility infrastructure.
Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Work to build a cooperative partnership between the client and all stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the projects.
Collaborate on and contribute to maintaining and building strong client relationships.
Ability to participate in and lead tasks.
Drive health and safety in all aspects of project execution, including field, office, and personal environments.

Here’s what you’ll need
B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
Strong written and oral communication skills. Ideally, you’ll also have Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.
