The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general ledger, managing accounts payable, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Duties Manage and maintain the general ledger accounting processes Oversee accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment approvals. Conduct account analysis and reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data. Prepare financial forecasts and assist in budgeting processes. Analyze debits and credits to maintain accurate financial records. Perform general ledger reconciliation on a regular basis to identify discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights on financial performance. Skills Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices. Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex data sets. Strong Excel skills. GAAP Knowledge. Experience using Amtech software a plus.
