Job Description
Office Manager Tuscumbia, AL 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday This is a temp to hire opportunity with 100%
Paid Benefits Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:
o Post dues and handle mail receipts. o Record daily intake and receive/open mail as required. o Greet visitors and answer phone calls. o Update and maintain membership records. •
Weekly Tasks:
o Reconcile and prepare bank deposits. o Process payroll and payroll taxes. o File documents and post direct deposit reports. •
Monthly Tasks :
o Reconcile bank statements. o Prepare and present financial statements at EBoard meetings. o Type minutes and send delinquent notices. o Reconcile per capita report to close the month. •
Quarterly Tasks :
o Process international training assessments and payroll taxes. o Prepare reports for accountant’s review. •
Annual Tasks:
o Prepare files for upcoming years and compile financial statements for the accountant.
Qualifications:
• Bookkeeping experience is required, preferably with QuickBooks. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 9877496
